"After steadily gaining weight and becoming less and less active over my 4 years in college, I was desperate to get into shape and to start and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Over the next two years, I joined a gym (twice), tried a number of diets, signed up for a personal training sessions, and even went to therapy.
